Our Recommendation To Voice Of America

A FEW IDEAS ON RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF VOICE OF AMERICA (VofA)

Our recommendation and recruitment of a 30 plus year employee of VOA. It is our desire to help, not recruit away from VOA. We do feel privileged to have such talent available for our private venture of VofA.ai if our association with VOA does not evolve and/or he becomes available.

VOA is no ordinary American media outlet. VOA’s original and only purpose to exist was to counter the propaganda, indoctrination, and brainwashing of the adversarial regimes of Germany and Japan. After WWII, the extended years moved this effort over to Communist Russia, satellites of Russia, China, Communist satellites of China, the Middle East, Africa etc.…(regimes). During the past 20 years, I witnessed a transformation, attempting to make VOA into a mainstream media outlet with a moderate voice, which allowed Communist and Islamic propaganda to have little effective counterattacks. In fact, many times VOA agreed that Communist and Extremist Islamist have valid statehood, and we should not challenge them in ways that were and are needed. It is my opinion, VOA is no ordinary media and therefore, it should move away from its 20-year transition of mainstream media back to restoring its greatness, so that adversaries don’t have a media partner and friend but one to counter the adversaries’ propaganda effectively. In My Opinion, to accomplish this, VOA needs to focus on the following three areas:

1. Content

• Emphasize on providing news/information that the people under the regimes should have, but do not have access to, because of the blockage and limited access of information. Citizens of regime countries cannot remove the propaganda which is placed upon them on their own. What maybe even be worse is, with the advancement of global trade and diplomatic relationships, leaders in the free world never help educate leaders of regimes and allow regime leaders to use their skillful techniques of propaganda on leaders who have influence and success in democratic free nations. This is due to the wants and needs of money. There is little to no challenge by elites on the global stage in conversations challenging the Theocratic Atheist Marxist Communist regimes led by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Theocratic Fundamentalist Islamic regimes led by many Different Actors in the Middle East. Currently we know, all these theocratic actors have aligned together based on financial ties and ambitions. While America and others also have financial ties and ambitions, there is no effort to expose the evils of the regimes’ actions. (All evils perpetrated by regimes are only done when given orders by the regimes elites. America and others have refused to accept these truths, similar to how Austria did with theocratic Germany prior WWII). Many times, business leaders, diplomats and political leaders have joined in ideological desires of theocracies. In My Opinion, this has been why VOA has transitioned, so that it does not make waves where finance and political interface has occurred with the theocratic regimes. Whether or not the regimes have had success utilizing their expert mind control techniques on our business and political leaders or our leaders were conditioned that way from college years and beyond is not the question. The question is, how is America going to de-program our own population (elites and others) alongside populations around the world that are asking VOA, what happened to you? Did you become a subject of the theocratic regimes? In My Opinion, it’s not just VOA. There are employees and journalists at VOA who did not agree with the transition and just need leadership away from the current philosophy and protocols. More than likely, this is what has happened in all government agencies. We need leadership that is willing to utilize VOA to be effective against all propaganda at home and abroad at this time in history. The regimes realize they have penetrated not only with financial relationships, with business and political sectors, but they also realized they have propagandized the hearts and minds of leadership in business and political sectors of America/other countries, to accept their theocratic ways.

An example of this is when you ask a business leader or political leader associated with the regimes if he/she asks theocratic leadership in social settings, do they realize that capitalism is an economic system and not a political system? Alongside the question, do you realize when you state communism is on the way up and capitalism is on the way down, you are propagandizing your people against what has fed their society’s wealth over the past decades? Followed by, capitalism is a derivative of freedom to expand peace and prosperity while theocratic systems are Ponzi economic schemes which eventually lead to revolution, wars, (border and world) tyrannic controls and persecution of its citizens. These are conversations VOA can and should be expanding at home and abroad in my opinion. Let CNN, others, be “mainstream media,” Not VOA.

• Avoid wasting resources on some news/information, such as sports and entertainment news, etc. People under the regimes can easily get that information through any uncensored source including the regimes’ media outlets.
• Avoid a “balance” between the truth and fake disinformation/propaganda. In normal media reporting, balance of views is necessary. However, VOA reporting often faces the regimes’ disinformation/propaganda, responding with a “balanced” approach is wrong. The regimes have huge apparatuses conducting disinformation/propaganda 24/7 domestically and internationally. VOA should avoid using its limited resources to add on to their disinformation propaganda by repeating their lies and twisted narratives or offering them VOA’s platforms to do so.

 

1. Ways

• Use all popular social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube (so far most effective), Truth Social, X, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, etc. VOA needs to have more video products which are targeted and effective.
• Maintain a professional, powerful, and effective website containing all its reports. (Library of all)
• Maintain a 24/7 live newscast to become a news hub for people to get latest news anytime anywhere which is informative and not aligned with regimes propaganda.

1. Technology

• To get news/information anti-propaganda to the vast populations of the regimes and other target areas, even here in America. In the old days, shortwaves were used to penetrate the Iron and Bamboo Curtains. The Soviet Union and China used jamming to counter. Nowadays, VOA uses the internet. Currently, the biggest obstacle is China’s Great Firewall and censorship by anti-America regimes. The existing tool to counter this is VPN (virtual private network) which often doesn’t work well. New technology needs to be developed to penetrate the Great Firewall and censorship blockage.
• There are some technologies on the horizon that could potentially resolve this issue, such as the technology I was personally introduced to. I am under a verbal NDA, but the Co-Founder and I have the same beliefs on what needs to be accomplished at VOA. He has agreed to meet with President Trump, Senator Rubio or Kari Lake to show a demo and explain the full capacity in person. I believe it is worth further assessment.

As a senior editor and a producer of the most popular programs with VOA China for over 32 years, I have extensive experiences with writing/editing news and feature stories, producing documentaries, and managing various teams, including web/social media team with multiply platforms. I have a passion for VOA and its success and would like to help in the re-establishment of VOA. I believe the best way to do that, is as a Senior Advisor to Executive Management, Director of the China Division or an executive position helping oversee and implement the entire VOA.

I am willing to also become an Executive for a Private entity applying Technology I am Associated with that I believe is viable and could be very relevant. I wish all at VOA a successful future while it navigates the bureaucracy. I will make myself available if needed.
